I've always been happiest outdoors - whether it's the sunshine, fresh air, moving water, or birds chirping.
I never gave it much thought, until I began learning about the foundation of human nature - it's in our DNA.
Today, we spend almost 90% of our time indoors - surrounded by screens, artificial light, noise, and hard surfaces. No wonder poor mental health is at an all time high!
